Excellent service. I brought my '06 Kia Spectra in for new pads and rotors. They found that one of the calipers was bad, and called to ask if it was ok to replace it. They were very clear and up front about the cost, and always made sure to get my approval before starting any work. I did some research on the cost before coming in, and the price they charged me was very reasonable. Afterwards I asked about a squealing noise coming from my engine, and they offered to adjust my timing belt for basically free! I'll be coming back here if I need any future work done on my car.
I used to always have my regular services and checkups done at my local car dealer and never really interacted with the mechanics regarding any issue with my car. It was usually a fast transaction almost always but this time I was referred to Five Star Automotive and I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. I went in for a regular Oil Change whom was done by Dennis, one of the mechanics there and he instantly brought up a few things that needed attention towards my next visit. He was very attentive to my concerns about my vehicle and also gave me some suggestions. Five Star gained another customer because I will definitely be back for future services!
