Some days customer service is ok, some days it's no were near ok. I am such happy human and it is very hard for me to leave a negative feedback as i try to find all the positive in everything. This time it was hard to keep it positive and i got offended. I delt with the people working at the court house more than a few times and i gave them many chances as you give in life but 2 stars is all i would give to there customer service. If you don't like your job give it to someone else as there are people that would love a position at the court house doing what you do. Sorry.
Second question: shouldn't the individual with the larger crimes need to wait longer for their hearing than those with smaller crimes...? I understand that usually there is a lawyer involved and that is why they are called earlier, but this system doesn't seem to make sense. Separating the hearings into separate days for criminal charges and separate days for non-criminal charges seems to be the best solution.
Biggest SCAM artists in the county. Judge shows up late constantly to court, but expects you to be on time. Court clerk always has an attitude and reads a kindle or plays on her phone, but talks down at you when you have a question or try to check in. Public defenders work with the prosecutor to find you guilty. Be careful if the public defender ever tries to make you plead guilty even if you are innocent. And be careful and watch for when the public defender breaks confidentiality with the prosecutor ( they all know each other, and could care less about your case). Court clerks constantly lose paperwork and faxes, always follow up with them or it wont get done. What a joke! Fire all of them and start from scratch!
My court time was at 8:45 am. I got there at 8:30 along with 20 some others. We waited until 9:45 (!) until court doors opened. The judge did not enter the room until 10:15 (!). There were about 35 people in the courtroom that morning. The bigger cases like DWI and other criminal charges were taken first, while the people who committed minor offenses waited for hours. The last person (me) was called up at 2:00 PM for unsafe driving :(
Here's my question--2 questions rather; shouldn't driving violations and criminal violations be separated into different days or times of the day? Why should someone that sped need to be exposed to all types of criminal violations like manslaughter, etc?
Why even have a phone number if you guys never going to answer "operator: press 5 to contact violation office - "you reached the inbox of the violation office blah blah blah leave your message and we will call you back" LOL yeah ok you guys never do, and option 0 is for court services, and guess what "inbox full" what a joke

I was there needed to pay a parking ticket so I came outo of the court I wanna pay the ticket they tell me there machines dosent work go pay online so I go online in there wepside has an error, I call them up no one dosent answer is waited 20 minutes wean am I supposed to take care of this I work my lunch brake isn't more then a have hour, so there is no place were in can pay the ticket, in now they are sending me an areset warnt, this is crazy I hope they can fix this fast because this is not normal
