The doctors are very nice, they help in any way they can. However the office staff can be a little nicer and more helpful. I guess they are so busy they forgot about that.
2) Most front desk people especially the guy, are the absolute rudest people you could ever find, zero manners, impolite, aggressive, and get this: THEY LOST MY DOCUMENTS once. Lost or given to another patient by mistake??? I will never know....
I actually thought the staff were very polite and there were also a lot of people and the wait time was approximately 15-20 minutes long. The doctors were very nice and I expected to be there longer seeing how there were a lot of people and it's a doctors office, it's always a wait just like the Emergency room but surprisingly we were out in less than an hour. Nice clean place... I would definitely refer friends and family
3) Wait time : Every time I went there waited LITERALLY 2 HOURS.
Would not recommend anyone to go here. Went for an immigration exam, they ended up giving me vaccines i did not need and then told me they did it because it was my fault that i did not have vaccination records with me. Every other doctor office does blood work first to see what vaccines are actually needed. Then when i confronted them about it they were extremely rude.
That this place is still open is BEYOND me. It should be shut down immediately.
That, or he simply played dumb to keep me coming back every week so I would pay the visits over and over.
2) Arab doctor realizes I am not a virgin and asks me if I am MARRIED OR HE IS JUST A PARTNER... lol what ??! Extremely unprofessional, judgmental, and none of your business sir.
1) Misdiagnosed MULTIPLE TIMES because doctor was a) incompetent, b) lacked common sense, c) would not listen to me.
Ive been waiting for about 3 hours now for the damn doctor to show up.... Where the F*** is him did he forgot he had work??
