Not exactly a warm staff. I inquired about pendants that I saw on their website. I was told they carried that particular style on line to order, they do not carry in the store that took me by surprise. I had expected the sales rep would offer to order it and have it sent to the store. Nope, not helpful nor showed much interest in the customer. I certainly went into the store to make purchase not to be told available on line and drift away. I ended up walking out. If stores want to survive they need to fully stock, not direct customers to shop on line.
