I went during my lunch hour. I waited a short 10 minutes until a very nice lady came to help me. I sat with her for less than 10 minutes. She reviewed my paperwork, completed everything, and I was on my way. Less than twenty minutes. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this office. I could not have had an easier experience!
I have an appointment at 10 am waited two hours and left the office. When I ask question at the counter They gave me wired look. As a taxpayer we all should get better service.
The service here is absolutely amazing. After trying multiple offices this by far has been the best! They answered all questions and helped me obtain everything I needed with no hesitation after providing them with all my personal information. Rooms stink... officers are rude......minimum windows open and this is paid for by the tax payers we should get better service.
