Front desk clerk, was really helpful... room was OK...would stay here again.. if I return to NJ..
They're trash. We payed for the room and they're charging us extra because we have 2 SMALL extra people who could easily fit in the room. HOWEVER they're trying to force us into buying a larger room.
This was a great place to stay for a weekend trip to New York City. The busses are very reliable and there is an IHOP right next to the hotel. Also, there is a Target and several restaurants that are an easy drive from the hotel.
The front desk personal were very nice. The place is poorly kept. The room was shabby. Sofa bed was dirty and disgusting looking. The mattress was horrible my back was hurting and kept having to wake up to reposition myself. Rugs were dirty. Bathtub had paint peeling and no grab bars for the shower. Terrible for the price. Go elsewhere. Pay a little more for something better.
Check in took forever, as I had a reservation. I was paying cash. That took more time. Check your bill as the safe charge is free $$ as I NEVER use it. My room had a noisy heater. The sofa needs replacing.
