I called 3 minutes after placing an online order to cancel it. The man on the phone told me he could not cancel it because he had already made the order. Ok. So I go to pick up my order 15 minutes later and the order is NOT ready. Terrible service.
Staff was very friendly and courteous, especially with it being my first time at a Moe's. But the food was just okay; I'm a little confused as to why some people rave about this place. Would probably not return unless other people really wanted to go here.
Very bad service. No greeting when we walked in, no smile on anyone face. Order veggie burrito bawl and asked for guacamole on the side, even though it’s included in veggie bawl, lady charged me for it. Not coming here again even though I live down the road. I will prefer to go to route 46 moe’s in Saddlebrook.
Good food and service is always great.. this place is always busy.. that shows the quality of food and hospitality. Try the quesadillas!! there always on point.
