Appointment was @8am, in the room by 8:05am, and was out before 8:40am. The quickest & calmest visit ever. The vet & assistant were ao calm & patient. NO SEDATION needed because they were so good. He even let me place the muzzle on & gave little fight.
Staff (Receptionist, Vet, and assistant) were professional, friendly, & understanding to his needs, which made the visit so much easier. What an AWESOME experience for the both of us.
I have been going here for many years, probably 15 or more years, and have been seeing Dr Cataldi for my cats and dog. I have found Dr Cataldi to be a wonderful doctor and one who knows his veterinary medical field, and a doctor with a kind heart. Dr Miller is also wonderful and very knowledgeable also. I have great faith in both doctors, and the whole office staff. Never a long wait, and everyone is very helpful and kind in the office. I know many people who come here and would not go anywhere else, including a volunteer group that I belong to that will only come to this office They are honest and you leave with a mind set at peace. I've had Milo (Chihuahua Terrier mix) for 7 years now. Getting vaccines & nails clipped is usually chaotic. He won't allow you to put a muzzle on & gets crazy (biting, growling, crying...almost sounds like he's screaming) if you attempt to clip his nails. So I scheduled the appointment with sedation.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The doctor was very knowledgeable and had a nice calming energy. His assistant made our guinea pig feel calm (yes, they see "exotic" pets too!) and the prices were very fair. I would definitely see them again.
Always willing to squeeze me in for emergencies and very flexible with appointments. Staff and doctors are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Also reasonable pricing for services. I have been going there for 12 years and am very happy with the care my animals receive.
