Bought a Q50 from fette infiniti ,when it was service time i called for an appt spoke to a woman in the service dept she was very RUDE and Disrespectful, i asked her for her name she said it was Jane come to find out its ELLEN! so not only is she RUDE she is a LIAR,and she is not professional at all. if it wasn't for RAY FORD, GARY AND CHARLIE i would never come back to FETTE....
Came in to purchase one of the used Infinitis that I saw on the Fette dealership website, instead the wonderful young used car salesmen sold be on a newer model that had better mileage. I was so relieved and surprised to get a straightforward opinion and have a dealership try to help me out. I am always so worried they will try to pull a fast one on me, but not here! Its the best car I've ever had and couldn't imagine going to another dealership truly 5 stars.
