Rip off and terrible customer service. Went in for an issue with my girlfriends car. They quoted the fix at $280 for the job and $180 for a fuel injection. Went to another reputable car mechanic, he did the job for $80 and said "fuel injection service" is a ripoff. Literally involves putting in the tank a $8 bottle of fuel injector cleaner. Save your money!!!!

I had just taken my wife to see a Volkswagen that I thought she would like; she didn't so we talked about what she was concerned about. She then mentioned not being crazy about the front wheel driving and wanted something more in the all wheel family. I named a few cars that fit that category and as I said Kia there was a dealership right there while we were driving; we pulled in. We met a young man named Val Almonte who listened to my wife's concerns and my lack of an abundance of funds. I emphasize "listened". He came up with options for us and my wife loved her choice (Sportage) and I loved that I won't have to start a go fund me account to pay for it. Val was not pushy at all and was extremely informative, realistic and compassionate. I was very impressed with him and the service we received. We absolutely would recommend this dealership and Val.

My husband and I had a really great expirience at Fette Kia. We’re a really young couple, so at many other dealerships we weren’t taken as seriously. Of course, like any car purchasing/leasing experience, we took a while to reach our price, but the Fette team did everything the could go get us there. Tony, our salesman, did a wonderful job treating us extremely well and by getting us what we wanted. Him and Christina heard our story, and understood that we were newly married and needed a price in our budget. The pricing took a little long but the purchasing process was smooth sailing especially with Tony guiding us through everything. I’m more than happy to say that today I’m driving a brand new Kia Optima. The most important thing for me was getting the car that I wanted and nothing less and Fette kia made it happen.
