I recently moved from New Jersey to San Francisco and I would totally recommend this company! Their communication was great and they even accommodated my last minute schedule change. On the day of the move, they even arrived a bit earlier than expected. Rather earlier than late! They handled and packed everything very professionally and nothing bad happened during the move! When my boxes arrived, everything was in pristine condition! Everything was padded and arrived safely without any damage. I was a bit worried since I was moving very far and I didn't want anything to be broken during the move, but they have exceeded my expectations. Another important factor I think that moving companies need to have is a good attitude throughout the move. The crew that helped me move was cheerful and didn't show signs of annoyance and such. Even though moving is such as stressful process, their attitude lightened the mood and made everyone feel comfortable. Besides being friendly and very professional, the price for the move was reasonable and more complete then other companies I researched. The package they made for me had absolutely no changes or hidden cost. I went out of my way to write this review so that I could confirm that what people said is true! That little bonus sealed the deal for me and I would highly recommend this moving company. I even recommended them to my family who is also moving next January!
I'm not a thrifty spender -- I do extensive research before I decide on something. The other companies who offered their services; okay, around the same price, but what about the quality? Any hidden fees? Oh boy, was I right, there were tons of hidden fees and reports about things being damaged. I couldn't afford to damage ANYTHING! But I didn't want hidden fees, either! But this company lived up to its name. There were absolutely no hidden fees, and great reviews from customers, too. I was just elated when I got to my new home and saw everything was in one piece, with absolutely no damage. But the best part was that the final cost was very close to the estimate. They were very helpful and professional during the entire moving process. If I ever move again, these are the guys I would definitely pick.
I expected moving to be stressful but Moving of America made it a wonderful experience. The guys were really nice, helpful and efficient. I paid for full packing and felt safe trusting them to handle all my stuff from start to finish. My mother’s grand piano was handled with great care. Moving of America was really my one stop shop. They even took some extra time to arrange my living room when I decided I wanted different pieces downstairs. I did not hear any complaining about my crazy request. There were no surprise fees and everything was moved safely.
To start off, when calling customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. I spoke to a man named Joey. He did not pressure me to sign with them immediately. They welcomed me to shop around if I felt like it, but their price was competitive and lowest out of the 5 companies called. I asked for earliest ability to get my couches moved and they came the next day first thing in the morning. The guys who came in were very courteous, nice and placed my couches exactly where I needed them. No damage happened to my door, walls or tile. I was very pleased with this company and I will definitely call them back. Not only do I feel pleased that I called Movers of America but I felt safe that my furniture would be in perfect shape. Definitely worth giving them a call!
I moved to Indiana from New Jersey just about a month ago. We hired Moving of America to help us move all our belongings, and they were wonderful. We had delicate paintings, lots and lots of glass, china, an upright piano, and much more stuff. They handled it like pros -- no damage *at all.*

We did a move from Union City to Clifton and they made it so easy. 4 guys came in like a storm and boxed everything up that wasn't already to ensure a quick, fast and efficient move. They had to be creative with a few difficult tight doorways but they made it work within the time window they said they would. Definitely a great value. While I don't plan on moving any time soon, I would recommend this company to anyone in Northern New Jersey looking for a reliable moving service.
