I have moved 11 times in the past 10 years. This by far was the WORST experience ever! I was originally contacted by a representative after a posting a job on labor site. I wanted a flat rate estimate and was convinced by the rep that I would most likely end up spending more money than necessary because their guys were quick and efficient movers. Against my better judgement, I went along with her suggestion. The movers came on Monday morning and arrived around 10. The "chief" Walter, immediately started acting like it was a problem to park his truck and get work started. He even advised it would be best to sit and wait for 30 minutes until he could park his truck where he needed to. I told him, that I would not be paying for wasted time and that he and his workers could come upstairs and start wrapping items and move everything to the lobby to get started then move his truck when the space became available. He reluctantly agreed and it took another 15 minutes for them to come up to my apartment. I learned later that they start charging when they arrive on site. So I basically was charged for 40 minutes of them doing absolutely nothing. Once he got upstairs, he immediately started pointing out upcharges. So apparently, wrapping and packing mirrors, printers, computers... etc. is NOT included! To wrap a mirror with materials that we DO NOT KEEP was $35 alone. I listed all of the mirrors in my house during the phone estimate and not once did they mention it is extra for them to wrap these items. My husband ended up putting all of our pictures, frames and mirrors to the side and we had to move them ourselves so that we wouldn't have to pay an exorbitant cost when it was all said and done. Once they moved all of our belongings into the new house, for one, they piled the boxes so high to the ceiling that it has been a struggle organizing and arranging them in order to unpack. They scratched up our leather couch, scuffed up our freshly painted walls and then only put back 2 pieces of furniture that they disassembled. We were assured that anything they disassemble to move, they reassemble once at the new house. That was a lie. At the end of this horrible move, I ended up spending $100 OVER the original estimate. THEN Walter had the NERVE to ask for a tip and told me the minimum is 20%. WHAT???? First of all, asking for a tip when you didn't even move all of our things or set our beds back up was extremely bold! But on the other hand, I felt bad that the men that came with him wouldn't get anything for their hard work, since they weren't the ones in charge and had nothing to do with Walter's poor service or money scams. I ended up writing a check for the staff, but now that I think of it I hope that the workers are the actual ones who received the money and NOT the scamming "chief."

Moving is always so stressful and I have always avoided it. But this time I had move. They did an awesome job. They were extremely careful with my furniture and moved everything without a single scratch. They were polite, friendly and smiled all the time)) I will use them again definitely!!
I did NOT have a successful experience with this company. I made 9am appointment to be moved and they did not arrive until 2pm. I live in a high rise where you have to rent elevators, very expensive, during a certain time slot 9-5pm and this company had NO regard. As result only 50 percent of my items were moved and I had to pay out of pocket for each days for extra left over items we had to move ourselves. I have yet to receive a return phone call as said. I would never do business with them again even if paid to.

When hiring them, Vanessa The sales person on the phone was very helpful in meeting my schedule requirements and was helpful in making sure I was able to get the best price. Very reasonable price and great results! They worked quickly and efficiently, and were very respectful of our belongings. Great communication all around. The guys were fast and efficient. Everything got moved safely.. I live in a 3500+ sq ft Home. All in all, I'm pleased. They are wonderful professionals and listened to my instructions about what boxes to keep up front. Nothing was damaged during the move.
I recently Moved from New Jersey to Florida
If i could give negative starts I would. They breached our contract, putting items in storage (2x) which voided the insurance. Asked us to lie to the insurance company and say items were never in storage. Lost an item of furniture and still have yet to recover it. Didn't deliver on the day they said, no follow up phone calls on window times. Impossible to get in touch with. I must have spend a week's worth of hours trying to get a hold of someone to help. They are THE WORST COMPANY ever. DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY.
New Jersey Transport team ahead to let us know they would be arriving just ahead of schedule. The team arrived and walked through with us then began the physical moving within 1 minute of the scheduled arrival. The team was very professional and courteous. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with a moving blanket and plastic wrap. Not a scratch on anything. We moved from a one story to a two story and they had no issues getting our heaviest stuff upstairs.
Listen, RUN!!!! Run from this company! Do NOT let them take your money the way they did to me. Their service is horrible and at the end of the day they are just trying to make as much money off of you as possible- they don't care about the service or making sure your things remain in pristine condition.
