The staff is unprofessional and the wait is long while the staff is chatting , laughing and on their phones!
I will start off by saying I will never go there again!!!
It’s good place just don’t go without appointment or you be there for a about 4 hours
Highly Professional and fast service I came in on my lunch break and had enough time to still get lunch! Very friendly staff as well!
I didn't have to wait very long and once I was seen the speed air was rushed through the process was very impressive - except for when I spoke with the Doctor. She took some time to talk with me and though I know Doctors at clinics like this are under some pressure to cycle through patients, but I didn't get any sense of being rushed.
If I needed to see a Doctor again and I was in the area I'd be happy to see folks at this Concentra Urgent Care again.
I was very impressed by my experience here. In my previous experiences, a visit to the Urgent Care usually results in a long tedious wait dealing with unpleasant staff. That was not the case during my visit to Concentra. The staff is very polite and efficient. It was my first time visiting this facility, but they were able to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I'd definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who require this service.
I was sent to this Concentra Urgent Care center to have a periodic health assessment done.
Once they find out u have private insurance they treat u like if u have no insurance. they are more welcoming to patients who are their with workers comp. I asked the doctor for a compression sock since I had a sprained ankle and she said they don't give them out cause private insurance don't want to pay , workers comp claims do . I I left there with barely crutches . I called the next day and two days after that to get my results of my X-rays and they told me the doctor will call me back and never did . Three times I called and nothing ! It was not a a pleasant experience and will never go their again!!!
