If I could rate them a 0 i would. Didn't walk into the place to received a bad experience. Called earlier to make an appointment at 4:45 which was ok, at 4:30 I called saying that I was stuck in traffic and that I would be there no later than 5:00pm, they said no problem, here until 6pm. When I walked into the place at 5:03pm it was too late, the lady I spoke to was there and confirm that she did speak to me and that it was ok to see me, the other attendant said she can do the paperwork but they won't be able to see me due to the fact that the therapist where working on their last clients. Never again, and I will be telling everyone to STAY AWAY from this place.
Everyone was nice to me except one of the girls in the back that never smiles makes you exercise without understanding that sometimes the pain won't let you do the exercises right. She's terrible wouldn't let me see the therapist at the end bc they were overcrowded. They shouldn't book so many appointments at the same time.
Didn't think a first time patient or any patient had to wait a lil over an hour to be seen for acupuncture, why would they give me an appt. for 4:30 and I was still waiting to be called an hour later. I walked out. Some other place will love to make money from my insurance. Only gave them one star because they had parking.
This place is amazing ! Everyone is very professional and accommodating, all the staffs are super nice and knows what they are doing. I been here for over 2 months and every time I leave this place I feel great !
